The website provides information and tools intended to support leaders and organisations in evaluating and discussing organisational readiness for transformation and change.
2. Change Readiness Snapshot™
The Change Readiness Snapshot™ is an assessment designed to provide an indicative screen of organisational readiness.
Where the Snapshot™ is offered as a free assessment, access to it does not establish a consulting, advisory or professional services relationship between you and Change Leadership Partner (Pty) Ltd.
Assessment results are intended to support reflection, discussion and further investigation.
The Snapshot™ is not represented as:
• A guarantee of transformation success.
• A comprehensive organisational diagnosis.
• A legal opinion.
• Financial or investment advice.
• Employment or human resources advice.
• A psychological assessment.
• An audit opinion.
• A substitute for appropriate professional advice.
The Snapshot™ should be interpreted as an indicative readiness screen, not a definitive organisational diagnosis.
3. Assessment Results and Decision-Making
Assessment results depend on the information and responses submitted and the assessment methodology applied.
Organisations remain responsible for evaluating the results in context, verifying relevant evidence and making their own decisions.
You should not rely exclusively on an assessment result when making material organisational, financial, employment or other high-impact decisions.
We do not guarantee that use of the Snapshot™ will prevent transformation failure, resistance, delay, additional costs or other adverse outcomes.
4. Accuracy and Availability
We take reasonable care in preparing website content and operating our services. However, we do not warrant that:
• All website information will always be complete, accurate or current.
• The website will always be available or uninterrupted.
• Assessment results will predict future organisational outcomes.
• The website will be suitable for every organisation or circumstance.
• All errors, defects or technical interruptions will be identified or corrected immediately.

Unless otherwise stated, the CRI™ name, Change Readiness Index™, Change Readiness Snapshot™, related frameworks, methodologies, assessment questions, scoring approaches, report structures, content, graphics, written materials and visual identity are owned by or licensed to Change Leadership Partner (Pty) Ltd.
These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use website materials for legitimate personal or internal organisational purposes, subject to these Terms and any specific conditions attached to the relevant materials.

• Remove copyright, trademark or proprietary notices.
• Use proprietary CRI™ materials to develop or market a competing methodology.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of CRI™ intellectual property to you.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be restricted, including applicable rights in materials that you own or are authorised to use.
6. Acceptable Website Use
You agree to use the website lawfully and responsibly.
You must not:
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
• Interfere with website security, operation or availability.
• Introduce malicious code or harmful software.
• Scrape or systematically extract proprietary content without authorisation.
